Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20190123-0D0C3-2147383139. Severity: Injury, Seen by Medical Professional. Matched catalog product: Samsung NE58K9430SS. Incident: A fire occurred in our kitchen on Jan. 20, 2019. This happened as a result of the knob on our stove being accidentally bumped and turned the stove on. This is at least the 4th time this has happened, this one resulted in injuries to my daughter. I've researched and this has been a common problem with Samsung ranges, and to date it appears that they have not taken responsibility for the obvious design flaw.
