Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20190210-1DEC2-2147382790. Matched catalog product: Hoover UH70820 WindTunnel 2 Rewind Bagless Upright. Source model text: Hoover WindTunnel Bagless Canister Vacuum model S3755.. Incident: The brush on the powerhead on my vacuum cleaner stopped rotating. It would start momentarily and then stop, but the motor kept running and the pitch of the motor was really high. I thought perhaps the belt had broken or come off, so I unscrewed the cover off of the top of the powerhead to take a look. The belt was still on, and seemed to be in good condition, but not still not turning the brush.
