SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20190314-4A627-2147382200. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: ENVI HH1012T. Incident: Our Envi wall heater was on in the bathroom, I heard a loud wired clicking noise and saw massive sparks fly in the bathroom. I rushed in and turned the heater off, they were coming from the top of the heater and they were big enough that I thought the bathroom would catch fire. The top of the plastic near the switch cracked and it smelled like burnt plastic and wiring.
