Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20190320-314FB-2147382078. Matched catalog product: LG LG Gas range, Model LDG4313BD. Source model text: LRG3193ST. Incident: The door on our LG oven fell off, just one hour after the service technician left (he was here due to the oven temperature not working properly). My wife was cooking and when she opened the oven door, it came apart from the oven, nearly landing on her foot, and almost burning her leg. The door had to remain in its open broken state, which was too hot to attempt moving. I have a 4 year old son who was also at risk.
