Incident: On 5/22/2019 I was preparing to mow our lawn with our Craftsman Pro Lawn Tractor (model # 917986451, made by [REDACTED]). As I engaged the blades, one of the the Easy Blade holders (Part #580954003) failed, resulting in one of the mower blades being thrown from under the mower, landing about 25 feet from the machine. The mower has been used multiple times this spring and showed no signs of an issue - the incident happened without warning. There were no injuries.
