Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20190528-D6DBC-2147380738. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Product: Toro Timemaster (Toro Timemaster 30-inch dual blade power mower). Incident: One of the two blades on my Toro Timemaster lawn mower snapped in half during routine lawn mowing. Replaced both blades with new blades purchased at the dealer where I purchased the mower, and within two weeks one of the new blades snapped in half during routine lawn mowing. I notice there was a recall back in 2013 for this very same issue (recall #14-046), and I don't ever recall my dealer telling me they fixed the issue during yearly service of my mower. Apparently not because two blades have broken on the mower in the last two weeks.
