SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20190609-291FF-2147380509. Matched catalog product: Weber Genesis E310 Natural Gas Barbecue Grill. Incident: Went out to grill lunch. My Weber grill would not ignite I went to open the door and reached my hand to check The tank and flames shot out at me. I don�t remember much after that. My left side of my face and arm were burned. The ER said I was lucky that I was so quick to get away from the flames.
