Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20190626-24ACE-2147380256. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Haier HW80-B14636N (prior Haier unit). Source model text: HA10TG31SB. Incident: We purchased a Haier refrigerator from Lowes June 2017 for our apartment. We did not use the unit right away & then were notified that this model was defective & might cause fire. Company sent repairman out to replace part. Unfortunately when we started using the unit it was extremely noisy, and runs constantly. Won't turn off when cool. My family is concerned about the possibility of a fire so we discontinued its use. We have talked with our local Lowes store to try and find a replacement, but they will not assist us or issue a refund. Hoping you might help us. Thank you
