Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20200128-E4FAA-2147375168. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire EFMIS175-BLACK. Incident: I have a newer Frigidaire Gallery smooth top oven. Had a wire on the control board burn clear off. Melted part of the control board. Ordered a new harness and control board and seemed to have fixed it. Now my shelves are falling off the slides in the oven. Not safe to have shelves with food on them falling into the bottom of your oven.
