Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20200612-CC4FB-2147371745. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Google google pixel. Source model text: Pixel 3. Incident: I was charging my Google Pixel 3 on a wireless charger manufactured by [REDACTED] and the battery exploded. I woke up to a loud CRACK and then flames were coming out of the side of my phone and it sounded like a flare had been lit. The phone and charger were on my bedside table and it caught my lamp on fire, left burn holes on my sheets and pillow and would have burned my face if the lamp were not placed between the phone and my bed.
