SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20200711-FA43A-2147371159. Matched catalog product: Whirlpool WRS571CIDM01. Incident: Removed shelf from my Whirlpool refrigerator to clean it. The shelf slipped from hand , fell to the floor. The glass shattered into many small pieces , each about 1/4 to 1/2 inch . The distribution field of the pieces of glass was as much as 11 feet .
