Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20200810-55935-2147370560. Matched catalog product: Samsung Model # RF28HMEDBSR. Source model text: RF28HMEDBSR/AA. Incident: I purchased a Samsung refrigerator 2015 and we have had multiple issues with the freezer and the fridge holding temperature. Shortly after purchase I started having issues with the freezer portion of the unit. No ice production, motor sound coming from the freezer, water leaking under the food tray and out of the front of the unit through not only that area, but the water/ice dispenser on the front as well. The unit is also not holding temperature.
