Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20200831-AAEFD-2147370136. Matched catalog product: GE Model TFX30PPDBWW. Incident: The last week of June my GE Induction range Model PHS930SLSS started to stop working. The burners would turn on or off by themselves, or not come on at all but the oven worked. They sent parts, the repairman came out, took the parts back and told me to unplug the stove every time it did this. Then, the burners stopped working again, and the oven. Well, at least before the oven worked. Have 2 roast ready to put in the oven and it doesn't work. It cost us $23 for breakfast yesterday and $56 for dinner. And, this is just for one day. We have not had a stove since the last week of June. EXTREMELY UPSET! Read online that GE has a problem with the wiring at the back of the stove that can catch on fire. They replaced parts, and still it has the same problems; so they replaced the stove this week.
