Incident: Fire started inside in our Kenmore 91383 7.4 cu. ft. Gas Dryer on 9.9.2020. I had load of dried clothes inside of the dryer and put it on a 10 minute wrinkle release cycle to grab a shirt out of the dryer to wear. When the cycle was complete; I grabbed the t-shirt out of the dryer and shut the door. The dryer was off at this point. About 1 hour later, there was a subtle burning smell in the house. But I determined it was inconclusive, as nothing was powered on/ the stove was off/ and also, I live in California where there are currently fires burning. I decided it was the smell of the fires in California and left the house/ as I couldn't locate where the smell was coming from. Approx. 30 minutes later, my husband arrived home from a work interview. He also detected a subtle burning smell but also had the same conclusion as I, because again, nothing was turned on
