Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20200923-A1470-2147369621. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Product: Samsung ME21K7010DG (Samsung microwave black stainless steel). Incident: Samsung microwave modelME21K7010DG, serial #0AQN7WTH100349P. Microwave turns itself on, turns vent fan on by itself, and error code of C10. Have been trying to work with Samsung but keeps going in circles. Their web site tell us to unplug immediately its a fire hazard and go to support. Go to support you are directed to schedule a repair. No repair techs in area. So start over. After many attempts I researched and there is page after page of complaints about this. Reports of their microwave being repaired with new door and within 5 months the problems start all over. Last night it started on its own 3 times after we unplugged and plugged back in which is Samsungs first suggestion. I cant leave it plugged in because it is a fire hazard. Why are these not being recalled? I have been dealing with extended warranty company, retailer I bought it from and Samsung no one wants to address the problem.
