Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20201008-1F7F4-2147369346. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Model name - SM-S918U. Source model text: RF268ABWP. Incident: I am wanting to report my Samsung French Door refrigerator. The manufacturer date is September 2010. I purchased this in November 2011. This fridge has had issues since day 6 of owning. Samsung is aware they have issues with this product and will not recall it. The ice maker up top freezes and also leaks constantly. The leaking has caused mold on the inside and outside of the ice maker. The compressor makes a winding noise. The food will be up to temp one day and then the next day the thermometers will read up to 20 degrees warmer than the unit is displaying! This has caused multiple food items to spoil and go bad. We have had several tummy issues due to the unsafe and unknowing temperatures.
