Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20201226-D94DC-2147367205. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Product: Frigidaire LFEF3054TFG (Frigidaire Electric Range, stainless steel, black 30" W 48" maximum tall, 29 7/8" 29 1/4" w After researching this product, I learned that it is discontinued Model LFEF3054TFG). I did speak with the warranty company and they scheduled a repairman to come out fix the stove the week of December 27, still making it inconvenient. The repair man came out to view the stove and advised that he needed to order the glass and that he would only be available on January 21, 2021 to install the glass! I then get an email on December 31, 2020 stating the there was a delay on one or more of the parts for the stove and that a replacement is being sought out! A replacement part! Come on! As of January 11, 2021 I have heard from no one the part. I am to afraid to cook on the stove not knowing what caused the ex
