Incident: I have a refrigerator ( 3 years old ) with an obvious manufacturing defect whereby ice forms on the outside back of the refrigerator and over time undergoes freeze / thaw cycles causing water to flow down the back of the refrigerator and almost dripping into an extension cord plugged into the other outlet for other counter top appliances. Thank fully I discovered this before anything serious happened.
