Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20210221-2B772-2147365759. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung Model # RF28HMEDBSR. Source model text: RF28HMEDBSR/AA. Incident: I bought my Samsung fridge in December of 2015. It is model number RF28HMEDBSR. There are many many complaints of defects on this fridge. A week ago I noticed there was no ice in the ice maker at all and it was dripping. We checked the door of the refrigerator to see that temperature and it read 34 degrees. The food inside was pretty warm. Who knows if we were eating unsafe food for. The freezer temp says 0 degrees and it is not at 0 degrees either. The door should show what the temperatures are inside the fridge and it should last longer than 5 years!
