Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20210310-4D1AD-3106453. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Product: Monogram ZBD0710K10SS (Fire in door). Incident: Monogram dishwasher, model ZBD0710K10SS, Serial FL810045B. This dishwasher is under recall for possible fire in door. I have never been notified of the recall. On January 22, 2021 we experienced a fire in the dishwasher door. Called Monogram at 1800 444-1845 and reported the fire. They gave me an incident number of [REDACTED]. They send a repair service to our home and the service Rep said the dishwasher was not repairable and should be replaced. No one from Monogram called me. I called Monogram and was told they needed additional photos and information, they dispatched another repair service. On March 02 a repair service looked at the dishwasher, took more photos. He told me he would contact Monogram. Today I called (03/05/2021) Monogram and was told that they did not get the data requested. I then called the service rep and he said that he had sent info as requested. I need help to get Monogram to fix or replace this dishwasher. This was caused by a design defect.
