Incident: I purchased a KitchenAid oven from the Port Charlotte, Florida Lowes store. An oven fire occurred the first time I used the oven a fire occurred because the installer failed to remove the cardboard covering from an object in the oven. The installer also failed to install the anti-tip brace provided by the manufacturer
