Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20210411-E81C9-2147364845. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: HP HP 2000-2b19wm 15.6-Inch Laptop PC (Winter Blue. Source model text: Presario CQ60-206US. Incident: The Presario CQ60 shuts off by itself after a few minutes of operating. I had to restart it, but then it did it again. If I put it on a laptop fan then it still turns off but it lasts longer. I'm guessing the fan was not working properly. Also, the screen monitor sizzled and caught on fire. It was just a little fire, but it was startling. It appears that the wires behind the screen caught on fire.
