Incident: I have a Samsung Refrigerator model number RF28HMEDBSR. It has a major DEFECT where the ice compartment freezes over causing leaking, unsafe temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer. I have children and shouldn't have to worry about this major defect in the samsung refrigerators potentially causing harm to my children . This is unacceptable and unsafe! Please do not buy another product from them.
