Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20211009-2C95E-2147359234. Severity: Injury, Level of care not known. Matched catalog product: Samsung Model # RF28HMEDBSR. Source model text: Rf28hmedbsr/aa. Incident: We have a Samsung refrigerator with known defects that have been repaired in the past that are occurring again. The temps are not reading right and food is spoiling. I have a non verbal special needs son whos food is prepared and refrigerated plus takes a dairy based drink that began having diarrhea and vomiting before we realized the refrigerator wasnt cooling properly. Ive reached out to Samsung who isnt willing to help even though they did last time this occurred and its a known defect of their product.
