Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20211014-3D657-2147359173. Severity: Injury, Level of care not known. Matched catalog product: Samsung RF31FMESBSR. Source model text: rf31fmesbsr/aa. Incident: I purchased this Samsung refrigerator in august of 2015, and it has stopped cooling three different times. The last time, was in May of this year, where we didnt realize that it had also defrosted the freezer, and made my son in law and I very sick, to the point we both missed work. I have been trying to get it repaired for years, and have been repeatedly told that they had no one in my area to repair it, which was a lie. They did finally send someone to replace my icemaker (part of a class action suit) , and the repair person told me they had been in business for over 20 years, and they tell people that all the time, so they dont have to pay them to do repairs (he wasnt happy about it).
