Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20211025-1B68F-2147359066. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Breville Breville Oracle Touch- BES990BSS2JAN1. Source model text: BES990BSS. Incident: I bought a Breville Oracle Touch Espresso Machine in 2018 and its worked great until now. The seals have broken on the boiler that cause water to escape the boiler. It then drips on to a relay switch thats below the boiler which causes a short and my GFCI outlet to trip. This is extremely dangerous and could cause a fire if this machine is not plugged into a GFCI outlet.
