Incident: Our Samsung refrigerator constantly leaks water and builds up a thick layer of ice under the trays in it. We have water pooling on our floor every couple weeks if we don�t regularly clean it. It�s unsanitary and unsafe for food to be near this sitting water and also a hazard to us since we have slipped on pooled up water and almost hurt ourselves before. Samsung will not help despite this being a known defect and a lemon.
