Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20211216-8B41D-2147358405. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung RF22KREDBSG. Source model text: RF22KREDBSG/AA. Incident: I have one of those defective Samsung refrigerators in which the ice maker freezes, the middle deli drawer collects water from an unload leak location rendering the drawer unusable. The refrigerator also cannot maintain a proper temperature, with a daily range of 35-53 degrees, rendering the refrigerator unusable and unsafe as the door display deceivingly displays the temperature you set at, not the actual temperature
