Source model text: 33163. Incident: Was setting up a Hamilton Beach slow cooker this morning when the cord seems to have sparked and cause a sever as well as sparks. Mt home circuit breaker switched and luckily I was home to unplug the slow cooker immediately. However if I was not and anything was nearby this would if easily caused a fire in my home.
