Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20220201-C4742-2147357739. Severity: Injury, First Aid Received by Non-Medical Professional. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire FFIF 3054 T89. Source model text: FFEF3054TDG. Incident: I have a 2 year old Frigidaire oven. I have used my oven many times but today February 1st 2022 I turned my oven on preheat to 400 to cook a pizza like I have done many times before but this time thankfully I walked away and heard a loud pop noise. As I turned around I saw my front oven door glass begin to crack and shatter into little pieces. Then it protruded out on to the kitchen floor. I have two small children who thankfully were not in the kitchen at that time but my 2 children did come rushing in as they heard the loud noise and stepped on glass which is why I am reporting this because it could have been way worse!
