Incident: Samsung refrigerator has thousands of refrigerators with a defective ice maker that is causing fridge to malfunction and not refrigerate food properly. They refuse to issue a recall when they know it is causing food to spoil and risking food poisoning. My fridge repeatedly overfreezes and Samsung refuses to help as they claim it�s a warranty issue when it is a defective manufacturing issue.
