Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20220312-254C4-2147357264. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung Flex Wash Model# WV60M990AV1A5 02. Source model text: RF28M9580SR/AA. Incident: Purchased Samsung fridge end of 2017. It has broken 4 times. The compressor has been replaced 3 times and motherboard once. It says its 38 degrees in fridge but is 44 degrees. This causes the food to spoil. Freezer keeps defrosting and breaking then the fridge will stop working. Ice maker freezes up all the time. This is causing my food to be in the temperature danger zone for more than four hours. This is not safe product as my food is continuously spoiling in my fridge and freezer and causing us to be sick. I have been sick with food poisoning twice because of this faulty fridge. I was without my fridge raider and freezer for four months waiting for them to repair the last time this was six months ago. Now my freezer has broken again and its only been six months. Please help
