Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20220401-59366-2147357028. Severity: Injury, Level of care not known. Matched catalog product: Samsung Model # RF28HMEDBSR. Source model text: RF28HMEDBSR/AA. Incident: My samsung refrigerator never goes below 40 degrees which is not safe for food storage / cooling. This can cause food poisoning and loss of food. This is a known defect in Samsung refrigerators and yet they are still being sold and still not keeping food cold enough. Our food spoils routinely and several members of my family have gotten ill / food poisoning before we knew to monitor temperatures.
