Source model text: RF28HMEDBSR/AA. Incident: I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator Model RF28hmedbsr/aa. Since purchase, the ice maker has malfunctioned and been replaced four times. The last time it was replaced was Feb 3, 2022. Now the refrigerator does not cool properly and food is spoiling. In addition water is leaking onto the floor. It is not storing food at a safe temperature.
