Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20220420-FFE6A-2147356692. Severity: Injury, No First Aid or Medical Attention Received. Matched catalog product: Uppababy 2017 Uppababy Cruz. Model Number 0417-CRZ-US. Source model text: UPPABaby VISTA V2 Stroller. Incident: Our 18 month old daughter slipped through between the bars feet first and got stuck in her Uppa Baby Vista V2 stroller from around the neck. There was no way to pull her out because there is no give in the bars and it was too tight, which is why she has bruises and scrapes on her back from falling through. We had to call 911 and the fire department came. They could not get her out until cutting the metal bar. The gap between the foot rest and bar is a safety hazard.
