Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20220521-6DB26-2147356066. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung RF263BEAESG. Source model text: RF263BEAESG/AA. Incident: I have a Samsung Refrigerator that I purchased in November 2016 that has been a nightmare. The ice maker has been replaced twice. The door handle broke off and now I'm dealing with ice freezing on the back panel, water under the large tray that I have to remove daily and it needing a defrost sensor. I've thrown out food due to the temperature rising and afraid to eat bad food. Samsung was supposed to replace the parts on 5/20/22 but called me stating the parts are on back order without an ETA. I'm unable to purchased grocery afraid they will go bad and make us sick and Samsung has no other solution but wait for the parts. They know this is a defective appliance/Implied warranty issue.
