SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20220725-7E5E3-2147354798. Matched catalog product: SunJoe SUNJOE 4 in1 14amp Electric Blower Vacuum Mulcher. Source model text: 24V-TLR-LTE. Incident: SUNJOE MODEL 24V-TLR-LTE Cordless cultivator. Brand new, first operation. Safety ON/OFF trigger switch sticks and will not allow the unit to turn OFF. It takes MANY repeated clicks/actuations of the switch to finally turn the unit OFF. However when OFF, the unit will randomly turn itself ON. This is a particularly dangerous situation considering the user could be cleaning the rotary tines when the unit decides to activate itself. This unit was a GIFT to elderly in-laws who would be very likely to be injured by such a defect!
