Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20221024-E652A-2147353183. Severity: Injury, Seen by Medical Professional. Matched catalog product: Fitbit Charge 5. Incident: Two weeks after purchasing, my Fitbit charge 5 got very hot on my skin and I removed it. Later when I went to put it on, it no longer worked. I called them and went through all the troubleshooting prompts. I took it back to the store and exchanged it for a new one. A week after wearing the new one, it burned my wrist. I had to go to an urgent care to get medication to treat my burn.
