Source model text: xe40m06st45u1. Incident: Water heater caught fire. Family member saw flames on exterior of the mobile home and began spraying it with a water hose. Fire department arrived and tore off exterior siding. Flames were shooting out from water heater. Fire department extinguished fire and shut off power and water which can�t be turned back on until repairs are complete, making house uninhabitable.
