Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20221205-E129B-2147352214. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire LFEF3054TFG. Incident: The outer glass of our free-standing Frigidaire gas range exploded spontaneously. The cooktop was OFF when explosion happened. The lower oven hadn't been used for around 10 days. Suddenly a super loud noise/explosion. Dared not to come closer because did not know if the inner glass was going to explode or not. Waited from further away and still could see glass fell off. Luckily no one was nearby at the moment. Still shocked by the loud boom. Tiny shards of glass were all over the place. Very dangerous.
