Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20221210-CD7E8-2147352117. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Ninja CE251. Incident: I heard a constant beeping in the kitchen and then smelled burning wires or plastic as I walked in. My coffeemaker was smoking and wouldn't turn off so I unplugged it and got it outside. I haven't found my receipt yet but I'm guessing it's out of warranty anyway but just wanted to get it on record and maybe help someone else. So far the Ninja folks have yet to respond but it's model CE251, approximtely 2 years old but I'll find my receipt eventully. SN Q29Q692AZ1F4
