SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20221224-31191-2147351877. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: DeLonghi EW7707CM Safeheat 1500W ComforTemp Portable Oil-Filled. Source model text: 3107. Incident: I own a DeLonghi space heater, model #3107, that has the 816F number by the UL insignia on the side of the control box. It burst into flames where the power cord meets the control box, and which I doused out by throwing baking soda over it. The fire spewed up a lot of black ash and the flames were at least 4" high.
