Incident: I found cracks in the back of my iphone when I removed the case. The case is an Apple product, I cannot see the back unless I remove the case. I have noticed that the battery drain so quick, and the phone doesn't turn on even the battery is 100% charged. On 12/25, it stopped working, and the phone exploded in handbag even it's been unplugged for a while.
