Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20230211-552D1-2147350772. Product: NVIDIA GEFORCE 4080 Eagle OC. Incident: I had an RTX 4080 in my Gaming PC Build and today February 11th the cable began to melt, having a strong smoky smell. I was thankfully able to notice this issue before too long and aside from leftover melted cable on my card nothing else was damaged. Who knows what could've happened if it kept melting before I noticed
