Incident: Samsung refrigerator is defective and food loss has occurred. The freezer does not operate at a good safe temperature causing good to spoil. The ice make also does not produce ice. I have contacted Samsung directly who is failing to honor their warranty, despite ownership of the refrigerator for less than 12 months.
