Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20230531-30775-2147347275. Severity: Injury, First Aid Received by Non-Medical Professional. Matched catalog product: Polaris XP 1000 Trails and Rocks Editon. Source model text: Ranger Crew 1000. Incident: My brother purchased a new side-by-side UTV model 2023 Polaris Ranger 1000. Over a two day period, three people in my family cut their legs getting out of the rear seat. There is a sharp corner in the plastic door frame. It kept happening to a new person, and some of the cuts were deep. They were simply stepping out of the vehicle. I took pictures of each injury, and took pictures of the sharp corner.
