Stackable Front Load Washer in Brushed Black with Wi-Fi Enabled, Water Heater, Delay Start Dimensions: H 38.75 in, W 27 in, D 33.5 in Home Depot SKU Information: Internet #316130198 Model #WF50A8600AV Store SKU #1006396924 Store SO SKU # 1006193555). Incident: Our Samsung Front Load Washing Machine "exploded" three weeks ago on Mother's Day, sending glass shards shrapnel flying everywhere, cutting my husbands hands as he turned the corner to inspect the noise and my feet as I tried to help him. I (the Mom of the household of 7) had been running it normally, and correctly, as always, with a medium-sized load of linens and some clothes on a warm, normal cycle. This is a Model Samsung WF50A8600AV purchased online from Home Depot in February of last year. For weeks, they have not resolved the issue... I do not even trust this product, even if they replaced it, since it seems this was a problem their old washers have and they never changed the engineering/design/ or manufacture to make it safe. I am too afraid to even accept repair or replacement (not that they have even done that, even after sending 3 separate repairmen appointments three different weeks- who all are pretty shocked by the machine and tell us "unofficially" that it's not even worth repairing, but just replacing... plus they never clean the glass mess). I have FIVE little kids and pets to protect, and I believe this is a design/manufacturing/materials defect and that it is inherently dangerous. It is only a little over a year old, and they will not refund me my money for the set, not can they get their act together to resolve it any other way except by giving me the runaround and wearing me down with all the stress and frustration this has caused. It also caused property damage for the items inside and around the wash
