Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20230701-2CE20-2147346671. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung Model Number- RF18HFENBSR US. Source model text: RF18HFENBSR. Incident: I purchased a Samsung refrigerator with French doors less than 5 years ago and within a year, water started pooling in the produce section leading to products spoiling in there. Then it would undergo cycles of freezing and thawing . Additionally the bottom door for the freezer doesn't close well and that leads to ice melting and water leaking out of the fridge onto the floor. The rubbers they use for the bottom doors for the freezer section aren't high quality and do not keep the freezer section well insulated even when I shut it extra tight. The temperature regulation isn't there in this model fridge.
