Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20230807-CA7A5-2147345949. Severity: No Incident, No Injury. Product: Lectric E-Bikes XP 3.0 (Electric bicycle, 750W motor, 1500W peak, foldable). Notably, the link to this form is not published on their website, and has not been publicized in any manner that I can locate. Perhaps it was sent in a sales newsletter, but that is not sufficient given the issue at hand. Lectric once again provides no compensation for labor charged by bicycle repair shops to install this new brake set, which is absurd given the safety-critical nature, and the fact that the original brakes were defective. In my opinion, a recall should be issued, and Le
