Source model text: FFEF3054T8P. Incident: My Frigidaire oven door shattered when no one was using the oven. We were no where near the stove when it happened. The glass on the outer door basically exploded. If someone had been standing near the appliance, they certainly would�ve been injured. Our oven is just 2 years old, and it is not abused or used roughly in any way. My husband cut his hand trying to remove the shards of glass from the door and was injured.
